Nima Momeni's Arraignment Delayed in Bob Lee Murder Case

The arraignment of Nima Momeni, who is accused of murdering tech executive Bob Lee, has been delayed for two weeks due to his lawyer being on vacation. Momeni's sister and her husband were present in the courtroom during the brief appearance. Momeni will remain in jail without bail until the new arraignment date of April 25. San Francisco police have charged Momeni with murder and a special enhancement alleging a knife was used in the April 4 stabbing of Lee. The motive for the crime is still unknown.
