"NYC Hotel Murder Suspect's Past Attacks and Extradition Battle"

Raad Almansoori, the suspect in the murder of a single mother in a NYC hotel, had previously attacked a former coworker in Florida, allegedly abducting, sexually assaulting, and choking her. Despite her warnings, he was released on bail and later accused of strangling and beating the NYC victim to death. Almansoori is also accused of attacking two more women in Arizona. The Florida woman believes the system failed to prevent these crimes and describes Almansoori as having "dead eyes" and lacking emotion, fearing he could become a serial killer.
