Ohio Woman Receives Maximum Sentence for Fatal 100 mph Car Crash

Mackenzie Shirilla, a 19-year-old Ohio woman, has been sentenced to 15 years to life in prison for deliberately crashing her car into a brick wall at 100 mph, resulting in the deaths of her boyfriend and a friend. Shirilla was found guilty on charges of murder, felonious assault, aggravated vehicular homicide, drug possession, and possession of criminal tools. The judge described her actions as selfish and intentional, holding her solely responsible for the pain caused.
