Pastor fed up with 'harmless' block parties turning lawless and disrespectful.

A Memphis woman was carjacked at gunpoint by a group of kids while loading groceries into her car. The suspects, two 15-year-olds, a 14-year-old, and a 12-year-old, were arrested and charged with several counts of carjacking, aggravated robbery, and employment of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony. The victim believes that juvenile offenders should be treated as adults and commends the police for their efforts in bringing the suspects to justice. Despite the traumatic experience, the victim refuses to live in fear and continues to shop at the same store.
