Two teenagers, ages 16 and 17, were charged with harassment, criminal mischief, and criminal trespassing after knocking on doors in the Mallard Pointe neighborhood of New Castle, Delaware, late Friday night. The teens wore tactical vests and hockey-style masks while carrying what appeared to be rifles, alarming residents.
