Penn State cocaine ring leader nicknamed 'the Godfather' granted bail

Agostino Abbatiello, a Penn State student, is accused of leading a cocaine trafficking ring that operated out of two fraternities and supplied large quantities to students. A Pennsylvania judge granted him bail of $250,000 with conditions including no contact with witnesses and living with his parents, despite prosecutors' claims he threatened witnesses. The operation allegedly ran from 2023 to 2024, with cocaine cut and packaged at Delta Upsilon and Sigma Chi houses and distributed by Abbatiello and others; 14 people were charged with felony counts such as corrupt organizations and conspiracy.
