Philadelphia Teacher Rachel King Murdered in Alleged Hit Plot.

Two people have been charged in the Dunkin’ Donuts drive-thru shooting of Philadelphia teacher Rachel King, which prosecutors say was a hit plotted by a spurned romantic rival. Julie Jean, who had a brief affair with King’s long-term partner, has been charged with first- and third-degree murder and conspiracy, while Zakkee Steven Alhakim, the alleged gunman, will also be charged with first-degree murder, conspiracy, and related crimes. King was shot dead in front of her 11-year-old son in Cheltenham on April 11.
