Police shootings and kidnapping charges in Las Vegas and Henderson.

A man, identified as Jeffrey Hair, faces kidnapping charges after taking a woman and two men hostage, leading to an officer-involved shooting in east Las Vegas. The female victim was in a relationship with Hair and another man at the same time. Hair was armed with a 9mm handgun and threatened to shoot the hostage before being shot by Officer Jonathan Collingwood. Hair has a criminal history that includes assault with a deadly weapon, grand larceny, and possession of a controlled substance. One victim was treated for glass in his eye, and the female victim was taken to the hospital for unrelated medical issues.
