"Rash of Deadly Shootings Rocks Birmingham Neighborhoods"

A man was fatally shot in the 1100 block of Fourth Avenue West in Birmingham's Bush Hills community. The victim, identified as Keenetheen Royall, was found unresponsive in the roadway and pronounced dead at the scene. Witnesses reported hearing 15 to 20 rounds of gunfire, and police believe the victim was targeted. This incident marks Birmingham's 25th homicide of the year, with 32 homicides in all of Jefferson County. No arrests have been made, and anyone with information is urged to contact authorities.
