Rash of Shootings Leave Victims Hospitalized and Suspects at Large in Miami-Dade County

Police are searching for a suspect who robbed and shot a man in North Miami Beach while he was waiting to have his tire looked at. The victim was approached by a young man wearing all black who demanded his phone and shot him when he refused to hand it over. The victim was grazed in the leg and managed to call for help. Police have not made any arrests and are urging anyone with information to come forward.
