Rash of Teen Violence Rocks St. Paul Community

A 17-year-old has been charged with second-degree murder for fatally shooting a St. Paul father outside his home. The teenager was arrested four days after the incident and prosecutors plan to try to get him certified to stand trial as an adult. The victim was shot while confronting the person trying to break into his wife’s car. The suspect's family told police he was the only person who drove the vehicle that was seen on surveillance cameras outside the victim's home at the time of the shooting. A GoFundMe page has been started to support the victim's family.
