Sequoia's mother, Brittany Jackson, and her boyfriend, Jaylon Hobson, are in jail, and Jackson is charged with aggravated child neglect, abuse of a corpse, and filing a false offense report. The investigation is ongoing, and police are asking anyone with information to come forward.
