Rewards Rise as U.S. Marshals Seek Two Teens in Penn State Student's South Philly Killing

The U.S. Marshals are offering up to $10,000 for tips that lead to the arrests of Kaiseem Smith and Azzubair Outen-Fleming, both 16, in the June 6 robbery and fatal shooting of Penn State student Billy Schmidt in South Philadelphia.
