"Rising Gun Violence Plagues Milwaukee's Swing Park Neighborhood"

An 18-year-old was injured in a shooting at Swing Park, the third shooting in less than two months at the park located under the Holton Street Bridge in Milwaukee. Neighbors have expressed frustration and concern over the ongoing crime in the area, with one resident's car being hit by bullets in a previous shooting. A Friends of Swing Park group has been formed to discuss ways to improve safety, including the possibility of implementing a gate or transforming the area into a dog park.
