Rising Incidents of Pregnant Women Fatally Shot in Seattle and DC

A pregnant woman was shot and killed, and a man was injured in a shooting in Southeast D.C. on Thursday morning. The woman was in the passenger seat of a parked car when two gunmen with assault rifles fired into the vehicle. The man drove them to a nearby McDonald's, where they were found and taken to a hospital. The woman died, and her baby was delivered and is in critical condition.
