Senator Rand Paul's Staffer Brutally Stabbed in DC, Suspect Arrested.

Phillip Todd, a staffer of Sen. Rand Paul, was randomly and brutally attacked with a knife in Washington D.C. over the weekend and sustained life-threatening injuries. He is now in stable condition and expected to make a full recovery. The suspect, Glynn Neal, was arrested and charged with assault with intent to kill. Neal was released from prison the day before the attack. Paul and his chief of staff visited Todd in the hospital, and Senate Chaplain Rev. Barry Black prayed over him.
