Skateboarder killed in targeted attack at Kiener Plaza.

A 30-year-old frequent skateboarder was shot and killed in Kiener Plaza in St. Louis in what police are calling a targeted attack. The victim was taking a break on a bench when the shooter approached him, and the two started arguing. The suspect chased after him, firing 15 shots and eventually standing over him to shoot him more times. The police are using surveillance video to try and identify the shooter, who fled the scene. This is the 46th homicide investigated by St. Louis Metro Police this year.
