South Carolina community mourns after tragic domestic shooting leaves five dead, including children.

A former military member killed three children and a man before killing himself in South Carolina. The man used a key he still had from his previous relationship to enter his ex-wife's home and fatally shot her co-worker before charging upstairs to where the three children were sleeping. The children were identified as Aayden Holliday-Slacks, 5; Aason Holliday-Slacks, 6; and Ava Holliday, 11. The man who was killed was a 38-year-old military member, and he and the suspect's ex-wife did not have a relationship besides being co-workers. Sumter has strong ties to the military due to its proximity to Shaw Air Force Base.
