Surviving suspect in Chino Hills kidnapping-murder pleads not guilty as charges loom

Jianquan Bo, 66, the surviving suspect, pleaded not guilty to murder in his first court appearance in the Chino Hills kidnapping-killing case. Prosecutors say he knowingly participated in the plan that led to the abduction of Shukur Aikebaer, who was shot by his brother Zhengfeng Bo during a traffic stop; Zhengfeng was killed by deputies at the scene.
