SWAT Standoffs in West Humboldt Park Result in Fatalities.

A man was found dead inside an abandoned warehouse in West Humboldt Park after a more than 12-hour standoff with a police SWAT team. The man was seen on top of the building waving what appeared to be guns and a blow torch. SWAT officers made entry into the building and discovered the man deceased on the scene. The man was known to some residents of West Humboldt Park for playing anti-Semitic music.
