Teen Arrested in Fatal San Jose Hit-and-Run that Killed Pregnant Mother and Child

A 15-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with a hit-and-run crash in San Jose that killed a pregnant woman and her child. The boy, who was allegedly driving a stolen car, collided with the woman's vehicle after running a red light. The two occupants of the stolen car fled the scene on foot. The pregnant woman was pronounced dead at the hospital, and her infant later succumbed to injuries. The suspect has been booked into the Santa Clara County Juvenile Hall.
