Teens in Custody for Violent Downtown Attacks in Cincinnati

A victim of a previous assault in Cincinnati has come forward after recent attacks by groups of young people, sharing her experience of being attacked during last year's Bockfest. The victim, identified as Megan, described being pulled from behind, punched, and laughed at by the attackers. She also revealed that she wasn't the only one attacked that day and expressed frustration at the escalating violence and the lack of action to address it.
