Two charged in murder of toddler Oaklee Snow after remains found in abandoned home

A toddler named Oaklee Snow was found dead in the bottom drawer of a dresser near Martinsville, two months after her mother Madison Marshall and her boyfriend Roan Waters allegedly disposed of her body. The couple fled Oklahoma with Oaklee and her younger brother Coleton earlier this year, and stayed at a "trap house" in Indianapolis to do drugs. Marshall told investigators that Waters frequently hit Oaklee as a form of discipline, and on Feb. 9, he was yelling at her to bounce on a bouncy ball when she became unresponsive. Waters has been charged with murder and multiple felony charges of neglect, while Marshall has been charged with assisting a criminal and multiple felony charges of neglect.
