Undocumented NY boat driver linked to fatal capsizing, officials say

Authorities say the driver connected to the fatal New York boat capsizing was in the U.S. illegally. The suspect, Hernandez, told investigators he had worked for Zeus Luxury as a freelance driver since last year and had used both his own boat and a friend's boat (on Aug. 8) due to repairs. Homeland Security announced his arrest on Wednesday, and officials sought comment from Zeus Luxury as the investigation continued.
