Craig Ross Jr., the man accused of kidnapping a 9-year-old girl in upstate New York, is facing new charges, including sexual assault. Ross was arrested after a two-day manhunt and was found living in a camper van on his mother's property. In addition to the original kidnapping charge, he now faces charges of predatory sexual assault against a child, sexual abuse, assault, and endangering the welfare of a child.
