Rutgers Strike Ends with Tentative Agreement.

Rutgers University and three striking unions have reached a tentative agreement to end the historic strike and resume classes next week. The agreement includes pay increases, improved working conditions, and benefits for faculty, graduate students, and postdoctoral associates. The contracts would be retroactive to July 1, 2022, and must be voted on to ratify the contract. The strike was one of the largest in higher education history and the first at Rutgers since its founding 257 years ago.
