The autopsy report for actor Matthew Perry has revealed that his death was an accident caused by the acute effects of ketamine. The report listed drowning, coronary artery disease, and buprenorphine effects as contributing factors. Perry, known for his role as Chandler Bing on "Friends," was found unresponsive in his jacuzzi at his home in October 2022. He had been receiving ketamine infusions for depression and anxiety, but the high levels of ketamine in his blood at the time of death could not have been from the therapy.
