Prosecutors claim Rust weapons supervisor was hungover during fatal shooting.

Prosecutors allege that the weapons supervisor on the set of Alec Baldwin's film Rust, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, was likely hungover on the day cinematographer Halyna Hutchins was fatally shot. They accuse her of drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana during filming. Lawyers for Gutierrez-Reed have filed a motion seeking to dismiss an involuntary manslaughter charge brought against her. Prosecutors are also expected to decide within the next 60 days whether to recharge Mr Baldwin.
