Independence Day Store Hours and Closures: Walmart, Target, and More

El Paso will have several closures and modified hours on the 4th of July. City administrative offices, museums, and libraries will be closed, while Walmart, Target, and Starbucks will be open with varying hours. Some CVS and Walgreens locations may have reduced hours. Many restaurants, including Applebee's and Texas Roadhouse, will be open, but hours may be reduced. El Paso County offices will also be closed, except for parks and pools. Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and El Paso Community College will be closed, while Socorro Independent School District will be closed for summer break.
