Migrants flown from Texas to Chicago face uncertain future at O'Hare Airport

The city has recently implemented new rules to regulate the arrival of buses carrying migrants, leading to a breakdown in communication with Texas officials. Chicago has struggled to provide shelter for the influx of migrants, with over 26,000 people arriving on buses and over 4,000 arriving via plane since last year.
