The Impact of Congressional Inaction on Ukraine-US Aid

Ukraine has received nearly $350 billion in aid from mostly Western nations since January 2022, with the United States being the largest contributor. However, there are concerns that the flow of aid may decrease, as the US Congress recently passed a stopgap funding bill that stripped out funding for Ukraine. European Union countries have committed $38 billion in direct military support to Ukraine, with Germany, Denmark, and Poland being the largest contributors. The US has also provided significant financial assistance, including a $13.4 billion grant. Poland has pledged the most tanks to Ukraine, while the US leads in heavy weapons and ammunition supply.
