OceanGate Faces Lawsuits and Safety Concerns Over Titanic Submarine Expedition.

A Winter Park couple who went to space with Blue Origin last year filed a fraud lawsuit against OceanGate CEO Stockton Rush, who is currently lost with four others in the "Titan" submersible somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean. The couple invested over $200K with OceanGate on promises of an expedition to the site of the wrecked RMS Titanic aboard the company's submersible vessel. The lawsuit claims Rush made false representations to the couple, including promises of a June 2018 voyage to the Titanic, which was later canceled and rescheduled multiple times. The couple demanded full refunds, but their requests were refused.
