Widower sues alleged drunk driver for killing bride on wedding day.

A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed against Jamie Lee Komoroski, the alleged drunken driver charged in the death of Samantha Miller, who died in a golf-cart crash after her wedding reception last month. The lawsuit also names five local businesses as defendants and claims Komoroski had been "bar hopping" the day of the wreck. Komoroski faces charges including reckless vehicular homicide and driving under the influence causing great bodily injury and is due in court next month for a hearing.
