Empire State Building daredevils released on supervised terms as court date nears

Two Moscow-based climbers, Angela Nikolau and Ivan Kuznetsov (Beerkus), who scaled the Empire State Building to propose, were arraigned on charges including reckless endangerment, burglary and criminal mischief and were released on supervised release until Aug. 24.
