SE Portland shooting victim identified: 43-year-old David Livingston

Portland police identified 43-year-old David Livingston as the man shot and killed in Southeast Portland's Centennial neighborhood early Sunday morning. The shooting occurred around 3:10 a.m. on SE Stark Street between 146th and 148th Avenues; Livingston was found with gunshot injuries and died at a hospital; the medical examiner ruled the death a homicide by gunshot.
