Marines in Dress Blues Brawl with Civilians in Texas Bar District, Escaping Punishment

A group of Marines in their dress blues were caught on video brawling with civilians outside a nightclub in Austin, Texas. The incident occurred in the city's entertainment district and involved shoving, punches, and jabs between the Marines and civilians. Although a civilian was briefly detained and handcuffed, no arrests were made. The Marines involved, from Weapons Company, 1st Battalion, 23rd Marines, 4th Marine Division, are not currently facing any disciplinary or administrative action. This incident follows a similar one in May where a group of teenagers assaulted Marines in California.
