Ukrainian forces gain advantage in ongoing conflict.

Ukraine has been developing its river fleet to maintain control of the Dnipro River and its shores, especially as it pushes through with its long-awaited counteroffensive. The US has contributed 62 coastal and riverine patrol boats, including at least 18 Dauntless Sea Ark patrol boats, to bolster Ukraine's fleet. With a maximum speed of 35 knots and three machine gun mounts, as well as 40mm grenade launchers, the Dauntless Sea Ark adds much-needed muscle to Ukraine's riverine operations. The river fleet is also taking part in air defense, striking Iranian-made Shahed drones used by Russia to target cities, especially the capital Kyiv.
