"Revised Account: US SEALs' Fatal Attempt to Board Yemen-bound Ship"

US officials are revising their initial findings on the deaths of two Navy SEALs during a mission to board a ship carrying illicit Iranian-made weapons to Yemen. It was revealed that Navy Special Warfare Operator 1st Class Christopher J. Chambers slipped into the gap between the vessel and the SEALs’ craft, and Navy Special Warfare Operator 2nd Class Nathan Gage Ingram jumped in to try to save him. The U.S. Navy’s 5th Fleet is conducting an investigation to determine if the SEALs were properly equipped and trained for the mission, and to examine the decisions made regarding the raid.
