Missing Chicago woman found safe in Japan.

Kandace Schipper, a 29-year-old woman from Chicago who went missing in Japan, has been found safe after her family reported her missing when she went radio silent about two weeks ago. She had been updating her travels until June 4th, when communication stopped. The only clue was a June 5th credit card transaction. Her family had filed a missing person's report with the Chicago Police Department and the US Embassy. On Wednesday night, Schipper's family released a statement saying they had located her and were focused on bringing her home safely.
