Deadly tornadoes wreak havoc in Midwest and South.

A "damaging tornado" hit Glenallen, Missouri, causing fatalities and injuries, with responders going from house to house to help trapped residents. Severe thunderstorms and tornadoes are expected to continue in the Midwest and southern U.S., putting 79 million people at risk. The National Weather Service warns of an enhanced risk of severe storms on Wednesday from the greater Memphis, Tennessee, metro area to southern Michigan, with heavy rainfall leading to localized flooding. A winter storm is also anticipated to bring snow and wind impacts for the northern Plains and upper Midwest.
