Florida Police Officers Wrestle 9-Foot Alligator in City Street

Tampa police officers successfully captured a 9-foot alligator that was walking down a street near Raymond James Stadium. The officers fashioned a noose from a yellow rope and lassoed it around the top of the gator's mouth before taping its mouth and legs. An alligator trapper later arrived at the scene and praised the officers for their work.
