Adam Gray Secures Victory in California's Final House Race
TL;DR
Democrat Adam Gray has declared victory in the race for California's Congressional District 13, leading Republican incumbent John Duarte by 187 votes. Despite Gray's announcement, Duarte has not conceded, and the election results have yet to be certified by the Secretary of State's Office, which has 10 days to do so. This close race mirrors their previous contest two years ago, and if the results hold, it would represent a significant seat flip for Democrats in the U.S. House of Representatives.
