"Biden's Irish Heritage and Diplomatic Trip Abroad"

President Joe Biden will visit Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland this week to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Good Friday Agreement and explore his Irish ancestry. Biden will meet with British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak in Belfast, deliver remarks at Ulster University, and visit County Louth and County Mayo, where his ancestors lived. He is expected to meet with Ireland's president and prime minister and address a joint session of the Irish Parliament. Biden will also attend a banquet at Dublin Castle and visit a genealogical research center.
