Chaotic Protests and Partisan Circus Surround Trump's Arrest in NYC

Pro-Trump and anti-Trump protesters faced off outside the New York City courthouse where former President Donald Trump was criminally charged with illegally paying off an adult film star. While pro-Trump rallygoers initially outnumbered the anti-Trump protesters, the latter group grew in number as the day wore on. Trump loyalists such as Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene and Rep. George Santos were met with angry anti-Trump demonstrators and forced to make a hasty retreat. Trump arrived at the courthouse to a chorus of demonstrators chanting, "No one is above the law; Trump is not above the law."
