DOJ successfully delays Trump deposition in FBI lawsuit.

A federal judge has granted a request by the Justice Department to delay a deposition of former President Donald Trump in a civil lawsuit filed by former FBI officials. The lawsuit was filed by former FBI counterintelligence official Peter Strzok and former FBI attorney Lisa Page, who were both fired during the federal probe into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election. Strzok's lawsuit claims he was unjustly fired for political reasons and seeks reinstatement at the FBI and back pay. Page argues the text messages were unlawfully released and violated her privacy.
