Ex-Biden assistant denies knowledge of classified documents in testimony.

Kathy Chung, President Joe Biden's former executive assistant, testified that she did not come across any classified documents while helping pack up materials at his private office at the Penn Biden Center during the transition in January 2017, according to a memo released by Democrats on the House Oversight Committee. The committee is investigating the discovery of classified documents in Biden's home and office. Democrats accused committee chair Rep. James Comer, R-Ky., of mischaracterizing Chung's testimony and amplifying baseless conspiracy theories. Republicans defended Comer's claims and decision to not release the full transcript of Chung's testimony.
