Family Members Co-Sign Rep. George Santos' $500K Bail Bond in Federal Criminal Case.

Rep. George Santos' father and aunt co-signed his $500,000 bond in his money laundering and wire fraud case, according to court documents. The co-signers' identities were sealed by the court on the request of Santos' lawyer, but a judge ordered their identities unsealed this week. Santos pleaded not guilty in May to several charges, including wire fraud and money laundering. He was released on the $500,000 unsecured bond backed by his co-signers at his arraignment. Santos is also under investigation by the House Ethics Committee and New York State Attorney General Letitia James.
