Former assistant files $10 million lawsuit against Rudy Giuliani for sexual assault and harassment.

Rudy Giuliani, former New York mayor and attorney to Donald Trump, has been sued for $10m by a former assistant, Noelle Dunphy, who alleges "abuses of power, wide-ranging sexual assault and harassment, wage theft and other misconduct". The lawsuit includes allegations that Giuliani demanded oral sex while on speaker phone with high-profile friends and clients, including then-President Trump, and that he offered to sell pardons for $2m. Giuliani denies the allegations. He is already facing extensive legal jeopardy, with his law licenses suspended and at risk of criminal indictment.
