House Oversight to hold FBI Director Wray in contempt over Biden documents.

House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer plans to move forward with contempt of Congress proceedings against FBI Director Christopher Wray over a document related to then-Vice President Biden and an alleged bribery scheme involving a foreign national. The FBI has declined to turn over the partly redacted FD-1023 document, but allowed Comer and Ranking Member Jamie Raskin to review it. The committee is expected to vote Thursday on whether to refer Wray for contempt of Congress charges.
