Hunter Biden to plead guilty in federal tax and gun case.

Hunter Biden, son of President Biden, has reached a tentative plea agreement with the U.S. attorney in Delaware to plead guilty to two misdemeanor tax charges and admit to felony gun possession. The plea agreement includes an acknowledgement that drug use was a contributing factor in his gun crime and entering into a pretrial diversion agreement. If Hunter Biden fulfills this successfully, the gun count would be dismissed. The investigation into Hunter Biden dates back to at least 2018 and the plea agreement comes at a time when Republican candidates for president and members of Congress have been taking aim at a Justice Department that they say has been "weaponized" by the Biden administration against Republican opponents.
